Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing Affiliate Manager with business development experience to join our team onsite. This individual will play a key role in managing and expanding our affiliate marketing program while using their business development skills to identify growth opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and drive revenue. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of affiliate marketing expertise and a strong business acumen to foster relationships, negotiate deals, and optimize the program's performance.
Key Responsibilities:Affiliate Program Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the affiliate marketing program onsite, including recruiting new affiliates, building strong relationships with current affiliates, and ensuring effective implementation of marketing campaigns. Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new affiliate partnerships, building strong relationships with potential affiliates, influencers, and partners to expand the program and drive business growth. Strategy Development: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design, implement, and optimize affiliate marketing strategies that align with company goals. Track affiliate performance and recommend strategies to maximize ROI. Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for affiliates such as sales, lead generation, and other affiliate-driven metrics. Analyze results to provide actionable insights and opportunities for improvement. Negotiation & Contracting: Lead negotiations and contract management with new and existing affiliates, securing favorable terms and ensuring compliance with agreed-upon contracts and performance benchmarks. Content Collaboration: Partner with the content, design, and product teams to develop marketing assets that affiliates can use to engage their audiences and drive conversions. Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive affiliate experience. Market Research & Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in affiliate marketing, ensuring our program remains innovative and competitive. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and finance teams onsite to ensure alignment and integration of affiliate marketing efforts with broader company initiatives and business objectives. Reporting & Communication: Provide regular, detailed reports to senior management on affiliate program performance, business development progress, and new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Experience: - 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Strong business development background, with a proven ability to establish and grow affiliate partnerships.
- Experience with affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, or similar).
Skills: - Exceptional business development and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to track, measure, and optimize affiliate performance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in affiliate tracking platforms, Excel, and CRM software.
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
Knowledge: - In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and best practices.
- Familiarity with performance marketing, SEO, social media, and digital advertising.
Certifications: Certifications in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or business development are a plus but not required.
