Inpartnership withAreaSalesVice Presidents,Directors, HSEs, andmanagers,you will beexecutinggo to market strategies forclinicalrelated products.You will directly lead a team ofnationallybasedClinical SalesExecutives (CSEs)and ClinicalImplementationSpecialists(CISs); thegoal of which is to drive marketdemand, adoption, education,utilization, and advocacyof ourproductsacross all disciplines This position will reportto theDirector, Business Development & ClinicalSalesand be remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Partner with Area, Strategic Accounts, and Marketing leaders to ensure coordinated execution, mutual support, and alignment across the U.S. commercial organization.
Own clinical implementation strategy and execution, ensuring education, subject matterexpertise, and workflow integration drive measurable customer value, adoption, and testutilization.
Drive accountability toNACOclinical and financialobjectives, including funnel management, account planning, standard work, and the implementation of countermeasures to close execution gaps.
The essential requirements of the job include: Outstanding interpersonal skills and executive presence with an ability to work with people at multiple levels both inside and outside of Danaher; Canestablishcredibility,trustand support within all levels of the organization (i.e.Customers, peers,subordinatesand senior management)

The salary range for this role is$150,000 175,000.This role is also eligible for Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC). The total target compensation at plan (base + SIC) is $260,000 $285,000 annually. Actual SIC earnings may exceed or fall below the target based on individual sales performance. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range ofpossible compensationfor this role at the time of this posting. This range may bemodifiedin the future. We offercomprehensivepackage of benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
