When you grow, we grow.</p><p></p><p><b> Heres just some of what you can look forward to:</b></p><ul><li><b>Weekly Pay: </b>Get paid every weekso that you can manage your money on your terms.</li><li><b> Free BJs Memberships: </b>Enjoy a complimentary The Club Card Membership, plus a free Supplemental Membership for someone in your household.*</li><li><b>Generous Paid Time Off: </b>Take the time you need with vacation, personal, sick days, holidays, bereavement, and jury duty leave.*</li><li><b>Flexible and Affordable Health Benefits: </b>Choose from three medical plans, and access optional dental, vision, Health Savings Account (HSA), and flexible spending account options to fit your lifestyle.*</li><li><b>401(k) Retirement Savings Plan: </b>Build your financial future with a company match (available to team members 18 and older).*</li><li><b>Employee Stock Purchase Plan:</b> Accumulate funds through after-tax payroll deductions that can be used to purchase shares of BJs common stock at a 15% discount.*</li></ul><p></p><p>*Eligibility requirements vary by position.</p><p><b> Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities</b></p><ul><li>Designs and develops high-quality learning experiences, including eLearning, microlearning, video-based learning, job aids, and animations, aligned to business and performance needs.</li><li> Builds interactive eLearning courses in Articulate Storyline and Rise, including scenarios, simulations, branching, assessments, and accessible design elements.</li><li> Plans, scripts, shoots, and edits video content (e. g., short videos, step-by-step demos, interactive guides, scenario videos) to support field and CSC learning in the flow of work.</li><li> Designs and builds motion graphics, simple animations, and graphic assets to improve learner engagement and understanding.</li><li> Leverages AI-enabled tools to accelerate content development, improve workflows, and enhance learner personalization.</li><li> Partners with SMEs to analyze learning needs, define learning objectives, storyboard content, and create prototypes.</li><li> Ensures all learning meets brand, accessibility, and instructional design standards.</li><li> Manages all media assets, maintaining organization, version control, and quality standards.</li><li> Publishes, tests, and maintains all digital learning content within Workday Learning, ensuring correct audience assignment, SCORM tracking, and metadata setup.</li><li> Conducts thorough end-to-end QA testing for new courses to validate functionality, accuracy, accessibility, and usability across devices and browsers.</li><li> Monitors content performance, identifies issues, and partners with the Learning Technology team to troubleshoot and resolve LMS or content-related errors.</li><li> Ensures learning content remains current, accurate, and aligned with operational priorities.</li><li> Collaborates with cross-functional partners, acting as a supportive team representative to understand learning needs and gather clarifications for learning solutions.</li><li> Provides clear project updates, timelines, and expectations to stakeholders throughout the development process.</li><li> Uses learning evaluation methodologies to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.</li><li> Stays up to date on trends in multimedia production, adult learning, learning technologies, and AI-enabled tools; shares insights to elevate team capability.</li></ul><p></p><p><b> Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelors Degree Required</li><li>3+ years of experience in instructional design, multimedia development, digital learning, or a related field.</li><li> Demonstrated experience creating eLearning with Articulate Storyline and Rise (portfolio required).</li><li> Experience producing and editing video content; familiarity with animation or motion graphics tools a plus.</li><li> Proficiency with multimedia and authoring tools such as: Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, or equivalent video editing tools, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar animation/graphic tools</li><li>Familiarity with SCORM, accessibility guidelines, and responsive design.</li><li> Comfortable working within Workday Learning or another enterprise LMS.</li><li> Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and standard content creation platforms.</li><li> Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at time management.</li><li> Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li> Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li> Strong problem-solving ability; remains calm and solution-oriented during high-volume or fast-changing priorities.</li><li> Collaborative team player who builds positive relationships and excels in a service-oriented environment.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span> This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p> In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJs Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $76,000.00 - $98,500.00
